Cancellation Policy
📋 Participant Waiver All participants must complete a waiver before attending any surf lesson or camp. Fill it out here: flaglersurfschool.com/liabilityform 🔁 Reschedules & Cancellations Surf Lessons • Cancel 7+ days in advance for a refund minus $25 • No refunds within 7 days • No-shows are non-refundable Surf Camp • Reschedule up to 14 days in advance, based on availability • Cancel 14+ days ahead for refund minus $25 • Cancel 7–13 days ahead for 50% credit toward a future camp or lesson (valid 3 months) • If your spot is filled, refund minus $25 • Cancel less than 7 days ahead: no refund or credit unless your spot is filled (then refund minus $25) Additional Notes • No-shows, missed days, early pickups, or early exits are not refundable or credited • All credits must be used within 3 months 🌊 Weather & Ocean Conditions Surf Lessons • Lessons run rain or shine (light rain/small surf okay) • Unsafe conditions (as judged by our team or lifeguards) may lead to cancellation • If we cancel, we’ll reschedule or issue a full refund • No refund if you choose to end early Surf Camp • Camp is Mon–Thurs, 9 AM–12 PM • Runs rain or shine. Unsafe surf = land-based activities such as: – Instructor surfing demos – Rip current/ocean safety lessons – Surf etiquette – Surf-themed art – Fun beach games • If lightning or severe storms hit, that day shifts to the Friday make-up day • No refunds/credits if surf is poor but camp still runs • Missed or partial days cannot be credited ⏱ Lesson & Camp Duration Surf Lessons • Most lessons are 90 minutes; some may be 2 hours based on booking • Includes land and water time • Early exits are allowed, but we can’t reschedule or extend time Surf Camp • Camp is 9 AM–12 PM, Mon–Thurs • Late arrivals, early pickups, or missed days are not refunded or credited 🎁 Gift Cards & Lesson Packages • Gift cards are non-refundable • Packages are non-refundable, but unused lessons can be transferred to another person 📍 Right to Reschedule or Relocate Lesson or camp times and locations may change due to tide, weather, or safety. We’ll do our best to reschedule or refund if needed.
