Are you passionate about surfing and interested in working in a professional, safety-focused surf school environment?

Flagler Surf School is looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with both kids and adults and take pride in creating a safe, positive experience in the ocean.

As a surf instructor, you may teach private and group lessons, assist with surf camps, and support special events. Strong communication, punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm in changing ocean conditions are essential. Training is provided.

Flagler Surf School is a mobile operation, so instructors must be dependable, organized, able to transport equipment, and arrive early for lessons and camp setup. Summer camp positions require consistent availability throughout June and July.

Are you available for summer surf camp (June–July)?
Instructors must arrive at least 15 minutes early for lessons, and 30 minutes early for surf camp setup. Can you meet this requirement consistently?

How far (in minutes) do you live from Flagler Beach?

We are a mobile surf school. You must be able to transport equipment to lessons and camp.
